The APM facility differs from traditional systems in a number of ways, including overhead material and air and plumbing delivery systems. This results in quality control and the maximization of product cycle time.
 | Our manufacturing process employs hot runner technology and precision injection tooling. The entire process is computer controlled and monitored, providing complete control over the process, including injection, plasticating time, clamp (open and close time), etc. Controllers can be set to monitor shot size within +/- 1/10th of a millimeter, providing accuracy and consistency over millions of cycles.

Manufacturing equipment ranges from 60 to 500 tons capable of part production weights between .05 grams to more than 1,000 grams. This allows us to produce a broad range of products with consistent results over a long period of time.
